We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses for exciting short- to medium-term contracts across Northern NSW.

About the Hospitals

Northern NSW hospitals provide essential healthcare services across diverse regional settings, with strong multidisciplinary teams and supportive environments.

You will work across Emergency Departments, ICU, Medical, and Surgical wards, delivering hands-on care across a broad range of acute and general presentations.

Each site offers a welcoming team culture and the opportunity to further develop your rural and regional nursing skills.



Location Highlights

Tweed Heads: Busy coastal hospital close to beaches, cafes, and the Gold Coast lifestyle

Ballina: Coastal regional hospital with ED and wards, known for surf beaches, river life, and markets

Lismore: Major regional hub with strong clinical services, arts culture, cafes, and nearby national parks

Maclean: Small, relaxed riverside hospital offering true generalist rural nursing experience

Casino: Rural hospital with ED and ward work, surrounded by hinterland and outdoor adventures

• Current AHPRA Registration
  
• Minimum 4 years’ recent acute experience (ED, ICU, Medical or Surgical)
  
• Ability to work rotating rosters including nights and weekends
  
• Strong clinical assessment and teamwork skills
